Ruud Heus (born 24 February 1961 in Hoorn, North Holland) is a retired Dutch footballer who played as a left defender.
On 23 April 1983, Heus made his Eredivisie debut, with AZ'67, in a 3–3 home draw against NAC Breda; after four seasons, he moved to Feyenoord Rotterdam, going on to play a somewhat important part in the first team's achievements in the following decade.
In his best season, 1993–94, Heus scored four times in 29 matches, as Feyenoord finished second to Ajax Amsterdam and won the domestic cup. At 35, he returned for one final season at his first club, playing in roughly half the season's matches as the club eventually ranked last, then retiring in the summer.
